Prior to his career in real estate, John managed the Scott County Regional office for a market leading brokerage for nine years. John graduated with a Masters Degree in Real Estate from The University of St. Thomas. He currently resides in Victoria on the Deer Run Golf Course. He can be seen cruising around in his custom JW RE Group golf cart with his amazing twin daughters who love to spend time golfing with Dad.
John is an avid outdoorsmen, and enjoys hunting, fishing, archery and hosting friends, associated and clients at the Marsh Lake Hunt Club. John is a huge supporter of his community and a member of Victoria Lion’s Club, Victoria Chamber of Commerce, Victoria Planning Commission and leads a Firearm Safety Course at Cabin Fever Sporting Goods located in Victoria.
DAN BRABENDER – BUSINESS MANAGER
Dan holds a significant position as JW RE Group’s Business Administrator. He played a key role in taking the JW Real Estate Group to $20 million+ in sales and being rated #4 of the Top 50 Teams by Remax Integra in 2019. Working in this high-profile, fast paced environment, Dan has gained priceless experience and exceptional people skills, perfected the art of organization, and has personally managed over 1000 JW Group transactions which has given him a keen understanding of the home buying/selling process and gives JW RE Group clientele a critical advantage.
His confident skills in navigating the most complex transactions, along with his extensive knowledge in real estate contracts, has earned the admiration and trust of all JW RE Group clientele, fellow brokers and support staff. Dan draws on a rare, and very exceptional combination of organization, meticulous attention to detail and sharp business skills that ensure a seamless transaction from start to finish.
Prior to his career in real estate Dan worked as a personal trainer at one of Minnesota’s premier fitness clubs and also a property manager over seeing 500+ units. His dedication to self-improvement, continuous learning and self discipline are skills that make him a crucial asset to the JW Real Estate Team.
Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. With his dedication to health and fitness, Dan spends his free time training for upcoming Triathlons, Iron Mans and various other races across the country. Dan also loves spending time with his 3 beautiful children and is heavily involved in their school and community events.
AMANDA DOUB, REALTOR
As a South-Metro native, Amanda established a well-deserved reputation in the area as a conscientious professional who delivers positive results by focusing on unparalleled service.
